The location of this place is excellent, just a short walk to the beach.

The motel has a perfect location, close to local buses, the beach, Cape Canaveral, and popular attractions like Ron Jon Surf Shop. I recommend staying in the queen room with a refrigerator, large fridge, and extra sink. - the price for the room is $99.

My room was updated and quiet, included with shampoo and the balcony, for instance, had an excellent stay. Everywhere was fairly clean. Central location was a plus. Cocoa Beach Pier was 1 mile away. the venue was set 300 feet from the bus stop.
